About the Welfare to Work Division
From one small welfare program serving residents of Minneapolis, Employment Action Center has grown to be the largest provider of welfare to work services in the state of Minnesota, with programs in Dakota, Hennepin and Ramsey Counties. Each year, over 6,500 families access our services to help them achieve their employment goals.
