EAC Business Services
Every year, EAC works with thousands of businesses in the Twin Cities to help them meet their hiring needs. Last year, EAC placed over 3,000 participants in jobs with over 2,000 metro area employers.
EAC offers the following services to businesses:
• Pre-screened job candidates
• Free posting of job openings on WorkWeb, our searchable database of job openings
• On-site interviewing of candidates to expedite the hiring of multiple positions
Employment Action Center (EAC) and Minnesota Resource Center (MRC), which are both divisions of RESOURCE, provide additional customized services to meet the hiring, retention, and training needs of area businesses.
