An Experienced Team of Experts

One of the strengths of Workforce Solutions’ staff is the wide diversity of experience shared within the group. Our counselors have work experience in many occupations including human resources, administration, information technology, finance, healthcare, customer service, distribution, warehouse, and marketing.

We have put together a team of employment counselors with backgrounds and experience in your industry and occupations tailored to meet your needs. Staff assigned to this project includes:

Staci Wittner, B.S. Family Social Science, University of Minnesota; Global Career Development Facilitator

Helen Rossman, B.S. International Business, Simmons College; Global Career Development Facilitator

Relevant work experience and expertise in your field: *Considerable knowledge of Twin Cities businesses and labor market *Previous work experience in health care *Extensive travel experience facilitating job search and career management workshops *Experience as a small business owner


Xang Lee, B.A. Human Services Administration, Metro State; Global Career Development Facilitator

Dawn Hughes, B.A. Anthropology; Global Career Development Facilitator

  • Worked with individuals from a wide range of occupations and industries
  • Currently a small business owner with an interest in helping others explore self-employment
  • 15 years retail sales experience
  • 8 years service industry, operations management experience


Mark Struthers, B.S. Business, Global Career Development Facilitator

  • Board of Trustees; Minnesota Career Development Association
  • Developed and taught job seeking skills workshops, presented honorariums
  • Upgraded and maintained agency web page, resulting in a “Virtual Career Center”

Trina Maldonado, Marketing Specialist.

Trina has over ten years of experience developing employment opportunities for clients, in addition to résumé writing, job seeking, and career counseling skills. Trina also has seven years of experience working in the finance industry, and specializes in home loans, borrowing, financial stability, and credit restoration. Trina has thirteen years of experience working with customers in marketing and sales, and has successfully developed numerous employer partners with EAC. With degrees in both Business Operations Management and Human Resources Administration, Trina offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Dislocated Worker program.
