Our partnership of experienced certified providers of dislocated worker services offers rapid, personalized services specifically to meet the needs of jobseekers. We have extensive experience and have achieved exceptional outcomes assisting laid off workers from a wide variety of backgrounds.

We have unparalleled experience working with people in your occupations since we began providing dislocated worker services in 1983. From placing laid-off machine operators at ADC Telecommunications to management positions at Honeywell Advanced Circuits, our Dislocated Worker program has the experience, connections, and resources to help you find employment with wages at or above what you earned at Coloplast. In addition, our programs for dislocated workers from small lay-offs in Minneapolis, St. Paul and suburban Hennepin County have served many more individuals in these occupations.

We have staff ready to begin immediately and can meet with the EMC as soon as we are selected, or at the EMC’s convenience. Our staff is committed to excellence in all our services.
