Training to Move Your Career Forward
Workforce Solutions and its partners will help you access training that will give you the competitive edge in your job search. We provide academic advising and funds for tuition, books, tools and clothes required for job training. Your counselor will help you job map new competencies to advance your career or launch your new career.
Our counselors will ensure that training fits your needs in terms of location, schedule, learning style and level of knowledge. We are familiar with both long and short-term programs in public and private schools, self-paced on-line training, on-the-job training programs and apprenticeships.
We have no established limits for individual funding – you and your counselor will develop a training plan that fits your needs. Our partnerships with metro area schools will ensure quick access to training programs for you. We have strong relationships with all local schools, both public and private, and with the Training Fulfillment Center for customized training.
